All orders shipped to the United States will receive FREE delivery.
Place your order before 1:00pm BST Monday - Thursday and your order will be received within 5 working days via our international delivery partner DHL.
Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday and received within 5 working days of that date.
We are currently unable to despatch or deliver your order on weekends and UK Bank Holidays. Our offices are open Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm BST – excluding UK Bank Holidays.

- ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Our US customers are likely to incur additional customs tax charges when receiving an item from the UK. This will need to be paid by the recipient. As this varies per state and country, this has not been included in your invoice total so please be aware of this if you are ordering from outside of the UK.
We have no control over these charges as they are decided by your customs office and therefore we cannot provide any further assistance other than making you aware.

- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. Whilst we endeavour to despatch your Needle & Thread purchase to you as soon as possible, we can only do this once our payment gateway, SagePay, has approved the payment. If for any reason your payment is rejected or not authorized, then we will contact you via email to process the payment.
Parcels cannot be left in a safe place as a signature is required upon delivery. In the event that there is no-one available to sign for the parcel, our delivery partner will leave a card notifying you that delivery has been attempted. A re-delivery is made 3 times by our delivery partner DHL. Should this be unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us.
