UK Free Standard Shipping (4-7 working days)

Orders placed over the weekend after 2:30pm on Friday will be sent out on the following Monday, or the next working day in the case of Bank Holidays (please kindly note we do not deliver or dispatch on UK Bank Holidays).

Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. Whilst we endeavour to despatch your Needle & Thread purchase to you as soon as possible, we can only do this once our payment gateway, Shopify Payments, have approved the payment. If for any reason your payment is rejected or not authorised, then we will contact you via email to process the payment. Please note deliveries no longer require a signature. Parcels will be left in a safe space if no one is available to receive the delivery. Alternatively, once tracking has been sent, you can select a more suitable delivery date by contacting the carrier directly.
