This style is embroidered with rich pastel tones to create a perfect painterly effect. The playful puff sleeves are adorned with tulle ruffle tiers and delicate scattered floral motifs. Crafted with soft tulle frills at the shoulders and neckline, adds a playful, frothy texture. The skirt features generous layers of net and tulle, with a full hemline perfect for twirling.
